地點非常好，走路20秒一間7-11，1分鐘一間全家，離池袋太陽城走路5分鐘，離市區走路10分鐘左右。房間很多，每個樓層都有廁所，不用等來等去，浴室有兩間，節省不少時間，廚房該有的也都有，可開火，有微波爐，一家人住在一起，像回到家一樣，CP值很高
樓梯很窄，搬行李行走很不好走，四樓的樓梯很斜，餐廳有點小，桌子大概坐6個人就坐不下了

房間寬大整潔舒適，設備齊全，住宿的地方安靜，樓下就有全家超商，離鬧區不遠生活機能便利，有什麼問題24小時服務的線上客服人員都會即時回覆，很適合家族旅行居住的民宿。
唯一不便的大概是狹小的樓梯，因為我們有大行李箱，裝滿22公斤後，媽媽們跟小孩要從四樓搬運下來稍微吃力了一點

complete house with 3 floors. the main bedrrom is really beautiful. there is 1 toilet per floor which is great. The washing machine is a big plus. The location is quite good, just a short walk from ikebukuro station and next to supermarkets
the stairs quite steep and tight spaces. The upstair toilet didn't work well during our stay, but the 2 others toilet where fine
