Destacamos especialmente la atención del propietario. Desde antes de la llegada respondió a todas nuestras dudas por WhatsApp de forma casi inmediata, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Durante la estancia también estuvo siempre disponible y, por ejemplo, cuando le pedimos papel higiénico nos lo facilitó ese mismo día. En el momento del pago también nos transmitió mucha confianza y amabilidad. El apartamento era amplio, cómodo y la cama nos resultó confortable. Los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, algo que se agradece especialmente en verano. Aunque estaba en una segunda planta a pie de calle (algo de lo que el propietario ya nos había informado previamente), la privacidad era muy buena gracias a los cristales con efecto espejo/traslúcido y a las cortinas, que impedían que se viera el interior desde el exterior. Además, la ubicación nos pareció práctica, a unos 10 minutos a pie del tranvía que conecta con la zona más turística y cerca de varias paradas de autobús con buenas conexiones, incluido el aeropuerto.

Lo único que encontramos mejorable fue que la nevera apenas enfriaba, algo que puede ser un inconveniente para quienes tengan pensado utilizar la cocina o guardar comida y bebidas durante su estancia. En nuestro caso no llegó a suponernos un problema porque apenas la usamos. Por otro lado, las vistas desde nuestra habitación no eran tan agradables como las que aparecían en algunas fotografías del alojamiento. Aun así, para nosotros fue un apartamento cómodo, funcional y una buena opción para descansar después de pasar el día visitando la ciudad.

I liked the location and the view! It didn't bother me that it's just near the street and it was noisy, but if you have a problem with noise, you need to consider that.

I booked this property, because it said it has a balcony with sea view. There wasn't a balcony at all and the owner said that the problem is from Booking. The photos of the room published here showed a balcony with table and chairs, but this was another room on the next floor. On the same place in our room there was a sofa. When I told the owner he said all other rooms are full and in his system this is the room i booked. He offered to move us to the room with balcony for our last night only, but we decided we don't want to constantly move our luggage. Two days before my travel when i was checking the hotel, it still said the room with balcony is available, so i guess he shows the photos of only one room, but when you are already there he gives you another one. He asked me to pay cash in euro, but didnt reduce the price since the room was a cheaper one, so i stilll paid for balcony. I hate this kind of tricks, but i didn't have a choice, because we were two women alone in a strange city, so we staied. As you can read in other reviews the room isn't well mainained, but if this was the room i booked, i would be satisfied.
