    Just a few meters away from galata tower and walking distance to many great touristic spots Would recommend to anyone looking for good value for money not luxury though Room a bit cold in winter and not spacey but manageable. I liked the fact that no one entered our room. They can call taxi to take you wherever you want.

    This is my first negative review for a hotel. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and polite, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The first floor was under renovation. When I entered my room, I was shocked to see the pillows scattered on the bed, and I could not tell if the pillowcases had been changed. The bedsheet was too small to tuck under the mattress and slid off easily, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on such a thin sheet—I could feel the pilled mattress underneath. The shower head was broken, the toilet was not clean, and the hairdryer cord was broken. It was the first time I have ever slept in a hotel with my clothes on. The location is close to Galata Tower, but be aware that it involves a big, steep slope. I hope the hotel fixes these issues, but based on my stay, I would not recommend it unless they are addressed.

    It's a scam place. They advertise the room with different pictures. Many things are not working in the room. Huge moss everywhere in the bathroom, heavy humid smell in the room, literally cracks on the wall, bedroom, big water leak stains at the ceiling. I arrived late the first day and stayed only 1 night, the next day l left right away. Overall, bad people, bad place, just stay away!
