    Booked superior room very nice at this hotel even paid extra for a better room but they gave us a different room not even in the same hotel which was terrible, toilet sit coming off and water constantly running plus mould in the bathroom, pillows without the covers, blanket with staines of blood,bed covering all room with no access to the window , mouldy in the fridge cupboard without a handles all broken very sharp edges, only two towels for 2 adults , no space to walk, toilet door not closing properly and without a lock, walls very thin that neighbours can hear ech other, very difficult to sleep and breathe. Promised to upgrade but never happened
