A pearl in the heart of Milan

This apartment is a pearl in the heart of Milano! It is located in walking-distance from everything you need; the Duomo, Parco Sempione, the train station (about 15 min to Milano Cardorna) etc - there is a gelateria on the ground floor of the building next door, a grocery store 1-2 min down the road and a perfect cafe for buying breakfast just about the same distance further. And of course a lot of shops and restaurants scatteted around the neighbourhood. The apartment is spaceous, modern and comfortable, very well equipped and also with plenty of closet space. The Via Torino is a busy road, but quiet at night and we slept really well. The Thinah staff is excellent. We were given a great welcome at the scheduled time; ac on and everything clean and fresh, and also got quick responses to all our questions before our travel. We will definately want to come back here!

NO COMPREN SON FRAUDE E INCOMPETENTES

Llegué y a la hora el departamento tuvo un corto circuito y me avisaron a las 10:30 pm que me mudara a otro sitio ya que eran vacaciones y no lo podían reparar tuve que sacar mis cosas a las 12 de la noche a oscuras y pagar un alojamiento de último momento carísimo y hasta la fecha no me han devuelto mi dinero el alojamiento me dice que lo tiene que hacer booking y nadie me da respuesta ni ayuda, es un FRAUDE tengo chats fotos y video para corroborar que nadie apoya en una situación de emergencia y no se hacen responsables ni el alojamiento ni booking por hacerme la devolución y puedo enviar la evidencia NO COMPREN NO CAIGAN

Son incapaces de resolver imprevistos y no se hacen responsables cuando las instalaciones del edificio son antiguas y si ofertan un departamento con todos los servicios deben checar las instalaciones de edificio y no hechar a sus clientes a media noche sin energía eléctrica, aire acondicionado, ni agua. La electricidad es un servicio básico en todo alojamiento, no seleccionen este alojamiento si no quieren arruinar sus vacaciones.

Buen apartamento céntrico y equipado

Muy bien ubicado. Se puede ir andando a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Además el apartamento está muy equipado con todo lo necesario.

La entrada al edificio es un pasillo largo, estrecho y oscuro que da paso a un patio interior donde se ubican todos los diferentes contenedores de basura. La primera vez que lo ves causa una impresión extraña que hace pensar donde nos hemos metido, pero lo cierto es que el apartamento merece la pena. Está bien ubicado, equipado y limpio.

השהייה בדירה הייתה מעולה ותהליך הרישום היה בלתי נסבל.

הדירה ממש נהדרת. מרווחת נקיה במקום ממש מרכזי ואפשר להגיע בהליכה לכל מקום. חשוב להביא פקקים לאזניים כי בכל זאת יש רעש מהרחוב המרכזי. אבל בהחלט לא נורא.

מאד מאד לא אהבתי את ההתנהלות עד לקבלת המפתח. הם דרשו להעלות את כל הפרטים של הדרכונים ולצלם את עצמי ליד הדרכון ועוד כל מיני דרישות מופרכות .. האתר שלהם לא עבד חלק והיה מאד קשה להשלים את תהליך הרישום. בקיצור זה היה סיפור ממש ממש מעיק שהייתי צריכה לבזבז עליו יותר מדי זמן. בעל המקום עצמו הגיע לדירה לתת את המפתחות! אז יחד עם המפתחות שיבצע את כל הצילומים המעיקים של הדרכון שלי של הבן שלי ועוד ועוד. שוב אדגיש שכל תהליך הרישום היה ממש ממש מעיק ואני בהחלט מצפה מקווה שזה ישתנה.

L’emplacement proche du Duomo et du métro est parfait.

Il serait vraiment bien de mettre des fenêtres doubles vitrage car le tram et les voitures génèrent pas mal de bruit et les chambres donnent côté rue…
