The flat has everything you need, and spacious enough. I started alone so was awesome. A couple can easily stay. I worked from there few days. Had to attend a conference so picked this, is 30 mins in Metro to Paris City center. That's amazing. The Metro station is close by. Supermarkets walking distance.
The flat was extremely clean and well maintained.
The host Ramona was extremely nice, for me an iron as I needed to prepare for work meetings.
Neighborhood is great, not to quiet like dead. Lot of locals live here, is very safe.
I missed a dishwasher, perhaps for longer stays that's helpful.
The only downside is you need to be mindful that paris Metro doesn't have elevators so if your have luggage, factor in cab costs. Bus takes to long from here.

The apartment was very close to Roland Garros.
I received message regarding my arrival however it was written in french so I couldn't read it. The person that met me could not speak English and it was very difficult. The apartment appeared to be lived in and someone had moved out temporarily, i.e. there were dishes in the drainer, items in the fridge, used soap etc. There were no instructions and I could not log into the wifi as I didn't know the password.
