Location is great. Key collection was tricky with keys across the road from the gate. Then, the gate key did not work and we had to use a 2nd gate.

The Wifi provided did not work; Speedtest had it as 0.01Mb/s. I messaged the host but never heard back.

The location. This was the best part about the apartment. The kitchen was also suitably equipped and cooking a dinner here was enjoyable enough.

Accessing the apartment was an issue and bloody annoying on day one. The instructions were clear enough but mentioned that if the security gate did not work then we'd have to walk around the block to another entrance. Mercifully, it was not raining otherwise it would have been a real mess with lugging bags etc. Get your primary security gate fixed - it's clear this gate has not worked, possibly ever and making guests walk around the block to access what is a back alley of a bar stacked with rubbish bins is not acceptable. Then be CAREFUL - accessing apartments on the upper levels is a real mission if you're elderly or have any sort of injury or struggle with stairs - it was ridiculous the effort it took to actually get up these flights of stairs to our apartment - quite unpleasant. The wifi connection is pathetic and slower than an indulged sloth. It's Kensington, get your internet sorted out, it's not acecptable. The beds matresses need replacement and mine (front room) was awful - I could feel the inner workings of this matress and it was very unpleasant. The bathrooms were a joke - how is it ok to have showers of those sizes? It's impossible to shower in them. You cant actually wash or move around in the shower because they are so tiny. It would have been more comfortable showing in the boot of a car then this. Two bed, two bath sure - for resale I get it. But it's ridiculous to have two bathrooms of this size in this apartment.

-El acceso al edificio es por un callejón lleno de trastos de hostelería que tiene 2 entradas, una por gloucester road, por la cual pasas a través de las mesas exteriores del pub, molestando a los clientes, y la otra por una calle paralela a gloucester, a donde dan todas las cocinas de los bares y restaurantes.....El callejón no da ancho para acceso con carrito de niños. -El inmueble no tiene ascensor, y es una segunda planta. Si vas cargado es terrible. -El equipamiento del apartamento, sobre todo en lo referente a la cocina es escaso. -La seguridad del apartamento es deficiente, no funciona el cierre de seguridad de la puerta principal. -El suelo de la cocina tiene un desnivel exagerado. -Las duchas son extremadamente pequeñas.
