Simple, clean, comfortable Great little place in East Austin

Great location for our special trip to Austin! The neighborhood felt safe and there were several places to walk to for food or treats. The beds were comfortable and the water presser was really great. The kitchen was well stocked which was extra important for us as we cooked most of our meals there. We would have liked a place to sit for meals other than the couch, tho. The refrigerator iced up and water pooled in the bottom of the fridge, but a competent and friendly repair guy came right away to rectify the issue. The VRBO was mostly very clean and SO attractive. The only real concern was how dirty it was under the couch cushions, but we found some clearance twin sized sheets for 9 and used them on the couch. Easy peasy! We would stay there again, absolutely!

This is a great pet friendly spot with a secure backyard. If you have a very good jumper, though, the back fence might be a little low. Super clean, and the master bed especially was incredibly comfortable. I love his workspace in the second bedroom. Way better than average supply in the kitchen as well.
