Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the short drive/walk to the beach and the included chairs/umbrella was a huge bonus. We stay at 30a almost annually, and it’s usually a coin flip on the cleanliness of the rental. This place was very clean and had no smell issues. Also, tons of towels. We will for sure stay again.

The house is comfortable and a 4 min walk to the beach. LOVE that the beach chairs and umbrella were included!

House was in a perfect location to the beach (5 min walk), and also about a 10 minute walk to some of Santa Rosa’s great restaurants. The house was the perfect size for me and my husband and could have even fit more people comfortably.

Overall it was good. However, the north side of the house shakes. When sitting on the couch in the den or in the bed in the bedroom above from time to time there is a trimmer. Maybe from the road(30a) or the businesses? It was weird at first but got use to it after a while. Cute house though.
