Overall it was great! Would stay there again. A couple of things need to be done - (1) The trim/molding needs to be painted (2) carpet/curtains need to be replaced - looking pretty ragged (3) some of the kitchen utensils need to be replenished. I am usually hesitant to make any comments because I don't want them coming across negative, but, if I was the owner I would want to know. Beautiful condo! Loved the area! We have stayed at San Remo several times and love the location and will definitely stay there again.

This is a great rental with a gorgeous view. The pictures do not do it justice. It was quiet and comfortable. The complex was private and quiet, with a private beach access. Plenty of towels and linens for the bed. The double bed in the master is cozy for a couple and perfect for a single person. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. The refillable containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was a nice surprise. Overall, this was a wonderful rental.

The unit was perfect for our family of four, and the view from the porch — which was huge — was wonderful.
I’ve seen mentions of the bed mattress being a problem, but we found it very comfortable. Maybe it’s been replaced.
The unit is basic, but it was exactly what we were looking for and expected.
Our daughters loved the bunk room.
Only complaint was about dish ware. We planned to cook pancakes for breakfast each morning, but the pans wouldn’t allow it. Both stuck to the point where we eventually gave up and threw out the batter. I’d recommend replacing them.

Master bedroom mattress was the worst mattress that I have ever sleep on. No spine support very saggy mattress. Ceiling fan light in master bedroom did not work, shelf broken in freezer, trim on shower recessed light in master bathroom fell off and hit my son. Only four forks and four spoons for silverware. I hope they get these issues resolved for future guest.
