Large balcony, beautiful view, large pool for lap swimming, large spa, spacious condo with extra bunk bed room and bathroom, large closet, plenty of towels, care pack nice, quiet, great location and easy beach access. Quick response for minor faucet issue.
Kitchen could use more silverware and plates, no oven light or drip coffee maker (only Keurig). Stove top needs heavy duty cleaning. Ice cubes frozen on bottom of freezer needs cleanup. Would be nice to have salt and pepper at minimum. Husband felt bed was uncomfortable, spouse felt LR couch was uncomfortable. Balcony chairs hard to sit on. These were all minor issues.

Great location, very clean, nice extras like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.
Patio door was VERY difficult to open. It’s a tiny handle with not much to hold onto and the latch grabs. My bestie ripped off a fingernail after being there for 5 minutes, just trying to get outside. Ice maker was not working. I called and repairs were scheduled, but not until the day we were leaving. I asked for ice cube trays and they came right away. A few cosmetic things, like frayed edges on the placemats, but nothing else major.

Location and view
Carpet in bedrooms are moldy and smell. Furniture is outdated, sink in master bath was clogged and only one pool key.

"The location was really great. You can see the beach from your balcony. The pool is very clean and not crowded. Small shopping and food center a 10 min walk away and the food is great."
