Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a beautiful private lake front home. The privacy is great! The beach and lake access are better than the pictures. Sitting on the deck, enjoying the view and having a camp fire on the beach were my favorite parts.There were a good amount of bath towels but no beach towels.Bring all of your kitchen supplies. Most homes I have rented have olive oil, cooking spray and dish washer soap. This house did not. There also was only one box of facial tissues in the house.The management company Vacasa was responsive to text but didn't have answers. They said they would notify the local team and then nothing would happen.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful waterfront home on Oyster Bay! The view of Lake Charlevoix is absolutely breathtaking—whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a sunset in the evening, it never gets old.
The location is ideal, tucked privately in Oyster Bay on Lake Charlevoix with plenty of space from neighboring properties, which made it feel peaceful and secluded. Yet it's just a short drive into downtown Charlevoix and close to all the best of Northern Michigan’s natural beauty and attractions—beaches, trails, golf courses, wineries, and more.
One of the highlights of this home is the private full sand beach with zero-entry access to the Bay—perfect for kids to play safely, adults to wade in with ease and everyone to enjoy an evening bonfire. It was a big hit for everyone in our group!
Inside, the house was immaculate and offered plenty of room to spread out. The central living space is open and inviting, great for gathering together after a day out, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, plus a charming additional nook for casual meals or morning coffee.
This place is ideal for families, guys golf trips, summer getaways, or even family reunions. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base and would absolutely stay here again!
