As the day unfolds, in the Summer, venture out to the nearby beaches of Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix, where you can soak up the sun, build sandcastles, and take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters. In the Fall, marvel at the color-changing leaves all around. Winter brings its own thrills with a plethora of snow sports and adventures only minutes away.

In the evenings, gather around the backyard bonfire, creating cherished memories under the starlit sky. The fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, complete with all the essential amenities and a grill on the side patio for crowd-pleasing barbecues. Indulge in the flavors of the season, using the provided cooking essentials.

Each of our bedrooms is furnished with comfortable Helix mattresses and fresh linens. Extra pillows and blankets are also available for your added comfort. We understand the importance of amenities, which is why we provide bath and beach towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

For your entertainment needs, both the living room and the upstairs loft feature smart TVs. Stay connected with our provided Wi-Fi access throughout the house.

Guests will access the home with their personal code for our Yale Wifi Smart Lock. Once the guest is booked and all rental agreements are signed, we will auto generate and share this unique code with you! If the code doesn`t function as a result of wifi issues, we have a key backup on-site.

Our maintenance and cleaning staff are available within a 24hr period to remedy any problems encountered during your stay. We pride ourselves on being timely with our responses.

Boyne City is the perfect playground through all four seasons! From Boyne City Bliss, you can walk to the beach at Lake Charlevoix (Peninsula Beach and Tannery Beach are closest), downtown shops and restaurants, and access the hiking/biking trails at Avalanche Preserve (ice skating & sledding in the winter). Downtown Boyne City is always bustling with live music on Fridays during the summer, Farmers market on Saturdays, and plenty of events and festivals throughout the year. Let the kids play at Veterans Park, catch a sunset at Sunset park, and watch the boats come and go in the Boyne City Marina. Notable day trips include Charlevoix and Petoskey (approx 20 min each), Mackinac Bridge (approx 1 hr), and Traverse City (approx 90 min).

Boyne Mountain Resort is just 10 minutes away and offers something for everyone in every season. You’ll find everything from hiking/biking to swimming and watersports at Deer Lake, paintball, zip lines and championship golf in the summer. During the Fall, stop by for a scenic chairlift ride to take in the beautiful fall colors. In the Winter, you’ll find world-class cross country and downhill skiing and snowboarding, Sno-Go Biking, Fat Tire Snow biking, ice skating, snow tubing, snow shoeing.

Boyne Bike Share: Borrow a bike and a helmet for daytime use for free! Bikes are found behind the Old Log Cabin on S. Lake Street. Just return them when you are done!
The Charlevoix Transit Bus requires advanced reservations but can take you anywhere in Charlevoix County for $2 each way.
No Smoking/Vaping/Illegal Substances on the property – If a guest smokes inside the home, they will be charged $250 and subject to an increased cleaning fee. No exceptions. If discovered during your stay, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

No pets allowed – Sneaking in pets of any kind will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

No Unregistered Guests – Exceeding the number of guests you registered for with your reservation will result in a $250 fine and immediate termination of this agreement. No refunds will be issued and all occupants will be asked to vacate the unit and property.

No parties or events allowed
“Quiet time hours: 10pm-8am” – Our neighborhood is important to us, and most of our neighbors live here in Boyne City full time. We ask that you respect the neighborhood and do your best to avoid making loud noise after 10pm.

Parking – The driveway will fit 5-6 cars maximum. No street parking between 2-6am.

No food/drink in bedrooms: Please enjoy meals in the dining area

Supplies: We supply most everything you would have at home: linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We have supplied starter bath tissue, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Any additional items needed would be the guest’s responsibility.

Typically, our guests bring their own toiletries, however, we do supply shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the dispensers located in each bathroom.

Garbage: Please place trash in bags before placing in bins outside. Trash Pick-Up is Wednesday and someone from our team will come place the bins at the curb either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Clean kitchen after each use

Remember to turn off all lights, electronics, and fireplace upon leaving the unit.
