Located within minutes by car or maybe a nice walk to Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit & Go Karts , Phillip Island Penguins , A Maze’N Things & Smiths Beach. Don’t forget to check out the other amazing attractions Phillip Island has to offer within a short distance

Offering 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 2 showers 1 bathtub & hairdryer.
A Fully functional kitchen with meals. 2 Living areas with one being upstairs and another Downstairs Lounge area with 3 Futon Beds and a kids corner with toys, books and games. 2 Split systems in main living areas. Front balcony with BBQ and lazy chairs
All fresh linen and towels supplied. Dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee facilities.
Baby highchair, safety gate and portacot available on request for your convenience
Washing machine , dryer and detergent are supplied. Selection of books are available just to kickback and relax. Unlimited Wi-Fi access & Apple Box
Enjoy the large fenced backyard with lash green grass.
PETS
Pet will need approval prior to bookings.
Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. The backyard / frontyard would need to be left the way it was found. If any mess or damages left from pets it will incur a charge and taken from bond. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees .Medium size kennel is currently available. Quest will need to bring Water / Food Bowls etc
Surveillance is outside the property
