Italianflat - Sweet Mansarda in Corso Porta Nuova

Tal cual las fotos! Un apartamento muy grande, reformado y limpio. A 10 minutos andando de la estación, el centro y supermercados. La cocina muy equipada. Chech in muy fácil y comunicación fluida. Pedimos un secador de pelo y nos lo pusieron. El aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto. La ducha muy bien. Toallas de sobra. Las camas parecian muy duras al principio pero son muy comodas.

En algunos puntos de la casa el techo es bajo, lo que puede ser un inconveniente para gente alta. No hay lavadora. Aún así 100% recomendable.

Das Appartement hat der Beschreibung und den Bildern vollständig entsprochen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet – alle Fragen, beispielsweise zum Parkplatz, wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die Betten und die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber. Die gesamte Wohnung war ordentlich gereinigt. Die Küche machte einen gut ausgestatteten Eindruck, wir haben sie allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir immer auswärts gegessen haben. Besonders nett fanden wir die kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit den Keksen und den zwei Flaschen Wasser bei der Ankunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Gäste den Müll selbst entsorgen müssen. Da wir jedoch kaum Abfall hatten, war das für uns kein großes Problem. Das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, allerdings müssen anschließend noch etwa 10 Stufen zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte das relevant sein. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4,5/5)

We were able to check in early, which we were incredibly grateful for. This is a fantastic place to stay in an excellent location. It's close to the train station and only a few minutes' walk from the arena, yet it's still quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment was clean, spacious, and having air conditioning in every room was an absolute godsend, especially during the warmer weather. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process very straightforward. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Verona and would happily recommend it to others.

The only negatives were that, if you're charging guests a cleaning fee, it seems a little unreasonable to ask them to take out the rubbish. It would also be helpful to provide bin liners and include information on where the nearest bins are located. Additionally, some checkout instructions would be appreciated, particularly regarding what to do with the key when leaving. Including this information in the check-in guide would make the overall experience even smoother.

Smartlock was a good way to collect the keys. Location to access the city was great. Distance from main bus/train terminal also great, within 10mins.

Noone was there to open the main building of the door so had to wait until another resident was leaving to let us in. Beds were uncomfortable and could hear all the noise from other residents due to thin echo walls.
