The place is just a few minutes from the train station. Fridge and limited kitchen facilities were good.

Parking without paying is not easy. Don't expect a lot of space, it is very cosy.

The stay 8.5 staff 9.9 they're kind helpful understanding especially Vaya Al. The team is top notch and professional, very knowledgeable and willing to help. My flight was delayed by 4 hours and hence arrived very late past midnight yet the team was willing and able to help and responded quickly. I appreciate them. Thanks for a good stay. Any issues they promptly replied. Any questions they responded kindly and helpfully. Of all the rooms I have stayed in, this team has been the most efficient in terms of replying promptly and helping out. Overall I'm happy and will return. Studio has almost everything you need, coffee tea sugar cookie pots pans etc. good location, quiet neighborhood although sometimes you can hear people in the morning and wakes you up, hard to sleep in sometimes.

Feedback on getting a 10 out of 10. 1. Pots and pants are old and scratched up, please replace them. Research has shown that scratched non-stick surfaces leak chemicals and millions of microplastics into our food, very unhealthy. 2. Providing shampoo shower gel and conditioner would be helpful. 3. Having room darkening shades or blinds would be a great help for those wanting to sleep in because in the summer the sun rises very early. The current curtains are too thin and lets in light 4. Having a couple of hooks in the kitchen to hang up hand towels would be great. A small investment pays huge dividends in making it convenient for tenants. Just stayed in a studio in Wroclaw and their heated rack works in the summer, unlike the one in Warsaw. 5. It would be nice to have the heated rack work in the summer so that you can dry towels, clothes etc. can you speak to the company that controls them and have them turn it on during the summer? If it can happen in Wroclaw then it can happen in Warsaw too 6. Having a machine clothes dryer in the common hallway would be a huge bonus. You could place it where the vacuum cleaner and step ladder are. 7. Strangely when I unfolded the bed sheet, there were food crumbs splayed around it, I took photos of it and sent it to the team. Very weird and I felt uncomfortable, I wondered if it was cleaned properly. 8. A balcony would have been nice. Once the clothes drying rack opened, it's very hard to walk around studio. Having a balcony to dry the clothes would be helpful. Are there any rooms that have balconies? Studio is a bit small and tight space sometimes presents a challenge. The studio I stayed in Wroclaw was much bigger, in the balcony was a standing clothespins rotating drying rack and better equipped with much newer pots, pans with no scratches, and an air fryer and heated drying rack, washer, shower gel and shampoo brand "luxury bath", very fragrant and moisturizing.

Чисто и аккуратно, комната с достаточно свежим ремонтом в новом доме, нормальное количество кастрюль и посуды, есть чай, сахар, растворимый кофе, мыло, туалетная бумага. Постельное было свежим, в душе действительно горячая вода, отопление быстро нагреварт комнату, интернет работает, информация о заселении предоставлена точно и заблаговременно

Не хватило одеяла для 4 человека, места очень мало при разложенном диване, ночью за стеной была дискотека, но тут хозяин не виноват, очень мало места при разложенном диване, есть письменный стол и журнальный, но семье из 4 человек за ними не разместиться.

Z plusów na pewno lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko i przystępna cena za noc.

Z minusów: - to nie jest kawalerka (studio). Jest to duże mieszkanie przerobione na kilka osobnych pokoi. W rezultacie po wejściu z głównego korytarza do środka, trafiamy do tzw. części wspólnej (jak zwykły korytarz w mieszkaniu) w której stoi m.in. pralka. Z tej części wspólnej dopiero otwiera się drzwi "do siebie". My zastaliśmy w tej cześci wspólnej sytuację w której inny gość miał na wpół otwarte drzwi do siebie, wyczuwalny był dziwny smród, a pralka prała jakby jutra miało nie być :D Ogólnie klimacik. - sam pokój w porządku, ale niestety średnio posprzątany (to samo łazienka) Oceniam całość na 5 - po prostu "znośny" nocleg
