Karolkowa 28A - Luminous Apartment with Balcony by Renters Prestige

Great location, lots of restaurants and centrally located for all the things we wanted to see . The apartment is very spacious , beautiful , and has great views of the city . Really appreciated the underground parking , having a zabka right out the front door, and an aldi just a short walk away

Everything was more than perfect

Location, comfortable beds and nice interior design

The apartment was dirty upon arrival, did not had basic amenities (coffee cups, dish soap, shampoo etc). No TV channels, the remotes did not work (sticky, like someone spilled something on it before). They have the whole system of reservation and information for the guest but and the end I had to call them to get the doors passcodes, because I still didn’t receive it after check in time. I’ve never had a reservation that the landlord called me so many times asking for check in time, additional documents etc. They called me at 9PM saying it’s too loud and the neighbor is complaining (there is 1 neighbor) when I proved them with a video that was him making a party with a barking dog it 5am. Never respond to my email or said sorry.
