* new apartment * public transport near to apartment * good connection to xity centre * shop in the same block of apartment
* we didn't get check in instructions and apartment is located on different address than is stated on Booking.com * whoever is responsible to answer phone calls were keeping hang up my calls * cleaning lady came in the middle of our stay, used her own keys to get in while we were in the apartment. She didn't know that we are staying there ( lack of communication? ) * when showering, water flows out of the shower * price should include breakfast which we didnt get

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and located in a great area close to the city center.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it practically unusable during our stay. The mobile network signal inside the room was also very weak. Additionally, please note that car parking is available but comes with an extra charge.

Everything was OK except the welcoming.
It took three calls over two hours before I was told how to get in. The apartment is in a residential complex. There is no reception, only a guard who did not let me in without a code.
