Warsaw City Premium Apartments

Nous avions loué ce logement pour une nuit suite à un concert. C'est plus que suffisant. Nécessaire de cuisine suffisant. Belle grande terrasse. Accès à la terrasse depuis la chambre. Magasins à proximité.

Manque de propreté dans le logement en général. La literie était propre mais l'état général du logement n'est pas frais. Il y'avait une odeur de renfermé dans le logement, un bonbon trainait par terre dans la chambre, pas hyper clean. Belle grande terrasse mais pas de mobilier pour s'y installer ! J'avais réservé le parking de l'immeuble mais je n'ai pas reçu les instructions pour y accéder. Heureusement, le Monsieur de l'accueil était très gentil et nous a demandé d'appeler pour pouvoir échanger et trouver une solution.

The location was excellent. The apartment is in a very convenient area, close to shops, restaurants, public transportation, and the main attractions. It was easy to get around the city, and the location made our stay much more enjoyable.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked the apartment for four guests, but it was not prepared for that number of people. According to the property management, we should have informed them in advance, even though our Booking.com reservation clearly stated that there were four guests. There was a serious problem with the air conditioning, which did not cool the apartment at all. We were told that someone would come to fix it, but no one ever arrived. The apartment was also missing essential items such as bedding, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. We only received some of these items on the fourth day of our stay. Until then, we had to sleep on pillows with yellow stains. Even after sending photos, no clean pillowcases or replacement pillows were provided. By the fourth day, we finally received some of the requested items, but we were still missing towels and blankets. The apartment is equipped with only the absolute minimum, and we had to buy many basic necessities ourselves. Even the soap dispenser in the bathroom had been filled with water instead of soap. Finally, the apartment is managed by a property management company rather than a private host, and unfortunately this was reflected in the level of service. Communication was slow, promises were not kept, and we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience.
