We loved the location. We had reached the place from the north and was really good to travel to the surroundings of the city on the southern part. Equipment and security of the building is really good. The flat was very clean and cozy.

There was some issues with chech-in procedure. But the owner came very soon to help us. Regarding the flat just the sofa on the living room is quite hard to sleep on.

Very clean, comfortable room and a great location. Smooth check-in.

Amazing location right in the center of Warsaw, very stylish neighborhood and lots of things in walking distance. The apartment was very cozy and beautiful, everything was provided.

It took 2+ hours for us to check-in because we were given wrong parking instructions and wrong access codes. Thanks to the lovely ladies who helped us get inside the apartment, they were very responsive and helpful, however I wish we had received correct instructions right away.

Apartment was neat and clean, even the building is clean. They had coffee and tea, but unfortunately no sugar. There is no reception, everything you do have to done on pre-provided instructions which are not very user friendly and of course missing lots of details.

The booking address differs from the actual property. Its misleading. They would provide you the instructions to come to the property but do not mention that it differs from the address on the booking. So we just went to property address as mentioned in the booking. The person speaking the phone was not much helpful, couldn’t understand where they want us to go. The instructions to reach is very confusing. We were going in circles for almost 30 mins and it was pouring. It was around midnight, with no people on streets. They should have simple sent the map image to show where this property was which would have been easier to locate.
