Duży apartament - salon połączony z kuchnią oraz osobno sypiania, do tego bardzo fajny balkon. W okolicy, w zasięgu kilkuminutowego spaceru dużo fajnych miejsc z dobrym jedzeniem, małe sklepy spożywcze i nawet dobrze wyposażony sklep z żywnością z Japonii. Dosyć łatwo znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania w pobliżu budynku. Pomieszczenia jasne i gustownie wyposażone.
nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń do lokalu. niestety w odległości stu - dwustu metrów funkcjonuje nocny klub. Wieczorem hałasy dochodzące ze zrujnowanego budynku klubu - dyskoteki - mordowni były trochę za głośne. W nocy krążyło tam sporo młodych ludzi wyrażających niezadowolenie z otaczającego ich świata, w różnych językach.
