Locatia, parcarea si curatenia.
Saltele patului au fost de foarte proasta calitate, subtiri, moi si incomode. Lenjerie de pat mica, se aduna ghem in timpul somnului. Mobilier partial invechit, paturi care scartiie. Nu am avut aparat pentru cafea, dupa cum specifica in descriere ci doar un fierbator electric. Usile de la balcoane nu inchid bine, manerele de la usile interioare sunt pe cale sa se desfaca si sa cada. Comunicare foarte proasta cu proprietarii. De la bun inceput am cerut factura deoarece am calatorit in interes de serviciu, dupa 3 zile de la check-out am primit o factura incomplecta, fara semnatura si stampila, iar dupa 5 zile inca asteptam sa ne refaca factura. Probabil vom suporta cheltuiala din buzunarul propriu deoarece proprietarii nu sunt capabili sa intocmeasca o factura conforma.
