Warsaw City Modern Residence

The apartment is located in a new residential building and was clean, tidy and modern. It has a kitchen and a refrigerator, and the lift made it easy to bring our luggage upstairs. We booked a parking space at the last minute and had to pay for it by bank transfer, but everything worked out smoothly. Overall, the apartment made a very good impression.

The biggest problem was the noise at night. The railway tracks are literally next to the building, and the airport is also very close, so we could hear a lot of outside noise while trying to sleep. Without earplugs, it was very difficult to rest. We also did not like the shower curtain, as it did not feel suitable for an otherwise modern apartment.

Nice place in new modern building with good communication to the centre of the city.

W zasadzie to wszystko co potrzebne na 2-dniowy pobyt jest w lokalu.

Przez booking pytałem, czy istnieje możliwość przyjazdu godzinę wcześniej. Otrzymałem informację, że tak więc pojawiliśmy się na miejscu o godz. 14:00. Przez infolinię usłyszałem, że pobyt możliwy jest dopiero od godz. 15:00 a podobno system sam zatwierdza te pytania wg pani z którą rozmawiałem. Jako klienta nie interesuje mnie to bo wystarczyło wcześniej zadzwonić i nie byłoby problemu. Z uwagi na fakt, że podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem a w okolicy niczego nie ma, nawet nie ma możliwości spaceru musieliśmy czekać pośrodku wielkiego osiedla. Totalny nieprofesjonalizm i brak dbałości o klienta. Co do mieszkania, jest w miarę ok, wygląda na nowe ale w środku strasznie śmierdzi więc to na totalny minus i eliminuje na jakikolwiek dłuższy pobyt.
