Spacious and convenient 2 BR flat in Paris centre

Great amount of space for 4 people, beds were very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Apartment was very quiet. Host was very responsive and left excellent instructions on getting inside property. Proximity to des jardins de Luxembourg is wonderful. The apartment had ample plates, cutlery and glassware for use.

It was very hot when we visited and there was one fan in the apartment which was very useful - it would be nice to have one more fan available to guests for the second bedroom (this is a small thing). Location is good and in a quiet university neighborhood, but note that for those looking to be in the heart of the Latin quarter or closer to the Seine it is about. 15-20 min walk to all of these places. The location was close to bus routes and a metro stop. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working during our stay which I was counting on as we tried to pack light. Note that the apartment is lived on for part of the year so there are belongings of the tenants there, but they are mostly well packed away and closets and cupboards that are off-limits are marked. This didn’t bother us at all but it is something to be aware of if you are looking for a more hotel-like accommodation.

Le confort , l’accueil, la situation géographique, très bien desservi par les transports, bus et RER pour aller dans tous les points intéressants de Paris.

The apartment is very comfortable and cosy, its location is very convenient and it is very eas to get around in Paris due to the proximity to RER B. The communication with the host was very swift and the host even adapted the check-in time so that we could make it to an event we had booked. We will be happy to stay here again.

The apartment has a good location close to the city center. It’s on a quiet street.

This is not a professionally managed property - beds are making noise, sheets / pillows are of poor quality, owners belongings are everywhere. I was expecting better value & maintenance for the amount of money charged. This is also an older building with steep stairs.
