My Little House In Paris
Small townhouse full of charm, very comfortable.
Located on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, very quiet, quality renovation, exposed beams, century-old parquet floors, stone floors, very well equipped, insulated, ventilated and air-conditioned.
You will find on the first floor, a small entrance leading you to the bedroom, open to the bathroom, large bathtub (not suitable for the elderly), new bed with quality mattress, cotton percale sheets.
The toilets are independent, located under the stairs, which are quite narrow.
Upstairs, a large fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room, The table can accommodate 4 guests, a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1 to 2 people, the apartment is however more intended for a couple with 1 or 2 children, we provide you with a travel cot at no extra charge.
Non-smoking apartment, smoking area in the courtyard.

COMMON AREAS ****
The courtyard of the building is shared with the inhabitants of the building who occasionally pass by to dispose of their garbage (exclusively during the day).
Note that there is also a motorcycle repair workshop in the building, which could possibly be noisy only during the week during the day.
The windows of the apartment all overlook the courtyard and are equipped with tintless mirrors to guarantee you complete privacy inside the accommodation.
Like all apartments located on Boulevard St Michel, it is possible to feel the vibrations of the metro (RER B)
The staircase is quite narrow and is not very suitable for the elderly, however, you will not have to carry the suitcases upstairs, the bedroom being on the first floor.
Events and parties are absolutely prohibited. No noise after 10 p.m.
We provide you with a secure parking space in the André Honorat parking lot, rue Auguste Comte, 2 minutes walk away.
