Tolle Lage mit vielen Bars, Restaurants (Rue Legendre ff.) etc. außerhalb des touristischem Zentrums. Ruhig im Innenhof (bis auf "gelegentlicher" Lärm bei Befüllung / Leerung der Mülltonnen inkl. Altglas - rumpel / rums... Großer Supermarkt direkt "um die Ecke". Auch gut direkt z.B. vom Gare de l'Est mit dem Bus (Nr. 31 und 54) erreichbar - mit Gepäck entspannter als durch die Drehkreuze und über die Treppen der Metro.
- Kein Wifi (nicht "so schlimm") - Kein Fernseher (nicht "so schlimm") - Küche teilweise nicht sehr sauber (z.B. Weingläser dreckig, Kaffereste und -flecken...) und "recht chaotisch (un)sortiert" (Besteckkasten irgendwie vollgeschmissen, Geschirr irgendwie in den Schränken verteilt usw.) - OK, konnte man "mit leben"... - Bad sehr klein - ok, DAS ist Paris - aber Dusche selbst für Pariser Verhältnisse grenzwertig klein, selbst meine (schlanke) Freundin musste sich reinzwängen - in der Dusche dann kaum weitere Bewegung möglich - OK, ging dann auch...
