Very peaceful Studio flat on the top of a building from 1930 period, well located in the heart of 17th district, and allows a rapid access to many touristic aeras. Thanks to underground (Line 13, La Fourche Station)and busses (Lines 66, 31, 74, 54), you are near (few minutes) from Montmartre and Sacré Coeur, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Haussmann Boulevard, Louvre. Many Velib' stations near to the building.

Anne & Antione’s apartment is a wonderful flat in the 17th. The flat contains everything you need for a comfortable stay … I stayed two weeks and it was a great stay. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. My only comment is … it is not on a great Metro line … you need to change for most all destinations. But Antione told me about app: Bonjour RATP which allowed me to ride the buses with comfort and ease …the buses allowed for more direct travel and the sights of Paris as we rode along.

Charming, small apartment with kitchenette. Elevator service. Port hole window like you're on an ocean liner. Above the roof tops for your view of Paris. Batignolle is a terrific area to be situated. Do not hesitate to explore this quarter!!!! Non touristic quarters are the best. One block from Metro line 13 Brochant. Bus lines. Big supermarket on Ave. Clilchy. Open late cheap ethnic eateries. Try Syrian Sam. First rate boulangerie. One thing....if you have back issues as I do as an older traveler the pull out sofa bed is not all that comfortable. Fortunately, I was tired from exploring Paris.
