Equipement minimum. Ambiance "cheap". Le matelas du lit de la chambre et bien vieux... Porte fenêtres fragiles...

L’emplacement ( entre la Tour Eiffel et Montparnasse), la proximité des commerces et du métro, le balcon , appartement spacieux ( sauf la cuisine )
Cuisine très petite ( frigo ne ferme pas et placards ferme mal une fois les poêles rangés ) et pas trop équipé ( surtout en plats).

Totalmente independiente. Tenía lo necesario, incluida pequeña cocina con fridge... la ubicación muy bien, y un balcón agradable.
Es un apartamento un poco antiguo y viejo. La cama sonaba muchísimo, la bañera con la ducha no estaban muy limpios. Aunque el check in fue explicado en vídeo antes de entrar, me fue un poco complicado lograr encontrar la puerta del apartamento.

Appartement bien situé, rue très calme, dans une copropriété très propre, proche des commerces de bouche.
L'appartement est bien équipé mais mériterait un rafraîchissement : vétusté globale, tapisserie qui se décolle, boissererie démontée, rideau de douche sale, literie en très mauvaise état,... Une belle terrasse mais inutilisable car pas nettoyée🥴
