NEW Modern Spacious Loft in Downtown with free parking

I don't like how intense the constant reminders are that you can't have another person there, where you could be fined or kicked out. There are scan codes all over the place, which makes it feel very technical or monitored. There are cameras everywhere. My daughter is in college there, and I wanted her and her boyfriend to come up because I was running late. I was fearful that I was going to be kicked out because of all the warnings and threats of being fined or kicked out of the place. I understand the idea of not having a party. That's one thing, but it was too much, just way too much. All the scan codes, and the checkout procedure said if you don't put the remotes back, you might be charged a fee. for not putting a remote into the box from the coffee table!! We did like the place and the location was great...but as mentioned above there is WAY WAY too much attention on NOBODY ELSE CAN COME IN (unless you clear it first) well, who has time to get something cleared when someone's running late and you say, "Just come on up to the room, like you do anywhere else"? It's silly, and that policy is very unwelcoming.

No breakfast

A little better view. Can't wait to return will definitely rebook this location.

Great location. Easy access. Secure parking. Washer and dryer.

Nothing

They gave us all the options of places to see in Memphis. The apartment was clean presentable and for us to stay in.

Nothing was enjoyable all around
