Best location downtown.

Accommodations were as expected. Clean and well-appointed. Walkable location and included private parking allowed for touring the area with ease.

Well located with a secure garage for your car (which you will need). The area is a little scary but stick to South Main to get to Beale St and you will be fine. Well equipped kitchen, but the A/C upstairs in the bedrooms was not particularly effective. The property lacks an ironing board!

A great place overall!

This is a five star location. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. Main Street one minute away civil rights museum/arcade diner four minute walk, Beale Street a three or four minute walk. This could have been a five star review. None of the outlets in all three bathrooms worked, we relied on an extension cord to be moved between the two bathrooms on the third floor. The three-way light switch from the second floor to the third floor only works to shut the lights off from the second floor. All in all, it was a very good place to stay, plan on some nighttime noise if you are staying on a Friday Saturday night, very safe neighborhood we were here for three days did not have any issues and we did not see anyissues,
