This home is classic Memphis. From it's charming layout with ample front porch, a welcoming and gracious host with a location walking distance to unique cuisine and local food, music at a brewery and shopping this home was super ideal. Located minutes from Downtown, Overton Park, The Zoo and all the sites to see this home was an easy choice. Nice neighbors too!

The only problem we had with this property there was quite a bit of broken glass close to the house in the back yard which could be harmful to pets or children. Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant. There was a lot of room inside the house, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
