This is a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.

Can’t say enough good things about the host, room, parking, communication and location to everything! Not to mention the very sweet and kind anniversary package left for us by our host. This was a celebration visit, first time to Memphis but it won’t be our last! We’ll be back and I would most definitely pick this place as my first choice. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.

I booked this downtown apartment for the Riverbeat Festival weekend, and it was the best decision I could have made. Even though I only live about 40 minutes away, staying here meant I didn't have to worry about the drive home after long days of concerts.The location is unbeatable:It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to Beale Street.We were able to walk right out the front door and were only 3 blocks away from the Riverbeat entrance.The Super Host really went above and beyond. His check-in and parking instructions were spot on, yet he still stayed in constant communication throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect.What really set this place apart were the thoughtful extras:The apartment was filled with beautiful fragrances the moment we walked in.The kitchen was fully stocked with paper items, coffee, and bottled water.There was an abundance of extra linens and toiletries available for us.This was a "Super Host" delivery I’ll never forget. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely look to book here again whenever I need a place downtown!

We have stayed at this place several times before and won’t even think about staying anywhere else in Memphis. Great location with secured parking within walking distance of Beale Street. The rental is well maintained and has everything you need.
