You’ll love the LOCATION, the building history, exposed brick, the new high-end appliances including washer/dryer, gated off-street parking, and building security.
You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer.
You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.
This is a one-bedroom condo with a king bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.
Note that unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the historic Ambassador Hotel. Guests must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.

The host was very responsive. The AC in the master bedroom is unpowered and needs to run all night to maintain the temperature while the living areas were colder. The kitchen was great as were the spices and cooking utensils. Overall a great experience, though.

This condo was a great place to stay. The host, J.R., was super! He was very communicative and even has a website of things to do and places to eat around Memphis. The condo was super clean and pet friendly…which was great as we are traveling with our dog. The gated parking and spot right outside the entrance was fantastic since it rained a little. The fridge was also stocked with water…loved that . We like to hit restaurants that have been featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives so lucky us, two were right behind the condo building; SOB and Good Fortune. Good Fortune was better. We also got coffee and a bagel sandwich just down the road at the Hive…also very good. If you are bringing a dog, Tom Lee Park is just up the street and takes you along the river…nice walk. Beale St is also a short walk away and Graceland is a short drive. Great condo to stay in and loved the history of the building…10/10
