Our space is Pet (Dogs Only) friendly but a small FEE for your 4 legged family is $75 per pet!!
We would like our guest to enjoy all the amenities that we have to provide during this their stay but we do not allow huge blowout get together’s
Close friends and family coming over for a drink before getting out for the night is absolutely fine and welcome but loud groups are NOT!!

We stayed two nights and found the unit very clean and functionally appointed, new kitchen, comfortable bed. The host was very responsive when we had an issue connecting to wifi and soon had us up and running. The location is quiet and walkable, we felt comfortable leaving our car parked at the curb. We would recommend this rental!

There was several small issues. Parking can be an issue for sure. It's street parking and the 2 nights we were there was event down the road. Parking was an issue. Working light bulbs was an issue. One bedroom only had on working and it flickered. Bathroom light was only flickering when left. Unable to use the washer and flush the toilet at the sametime. Might want to update photos. No fire pit found or outdoor table and chairs. The stay wasn't horrible, just a few things we noticed.

Location/neighborhood are outstanding. Parking is street parking. Outdoor table and chairs from listing not there. House is clean. Some interior furniture needs replacing.
