Fine but could have been better.

The property was in a good location and had all the amenities we needed. Hosts were prompt with communication and we had all the information we needed.

It was quite expensive for the quality of property. It was clearly run down and needed a bit of TLC. Unfortunately it smelled quite damp and there was some bad smells throughout the property. It’s on a main road so is quite noisy and would benefit from some black out curtains.

Lovely little spot, convenient and pleasant. Good value!

The location is really superb, it is super close walking distance to shops, main street, entertainment etc.

There was, what looked like, some mold in the bathroom by the toilet. Also the drain above the front door was leaking, so when it rained you had a personal little waterfall :-P

Comfortable if being used as a base

The location suited our needs and was close to Beeston shops. We had space to eat and prepare food. Despite being one of the hottest weekends we weren't uncomfortable in the property.

The garden has a shared access and so no privacy and slightly alarming initially when the first person walked past the kitchen window. There is a big step down to the bathroom, which could be dangerous at night, so we kept the light on to prevent falls.

Stay here, it's clean, roomy and comfortable.

The space was large and easy to find. It felt like a home. Easy to use oven and kitchen. It included some basics like instant coffee and tea and few other bits for cooking.

The only thing I would like to see I proved was that the bedroom curtains let so much light in that you really need an eye mask.

Grabbing a parking spot out the front of the property was almost impossible, but not to far to walk

The restaurants near the property were very good. We especially liked the Rogan & Josh Indian restaurant across the road and the Kellari Greek Restaurant, again almost across the road (highly recommend this restaurant).

We would very much like to stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The hosts couldn't do enough for us.The property was clean and comfortable and in a good location for our needs.

There was nothing we didn't like.
