Lovely clean apartment. Well kept with new looking furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped.
Great location for university. Secure parking which was handy. Chris was very responsive and helpful.
There was a sporadic smell coming from the bathroom. Could it be due to a blocked drain? Noticed other reviews had mentioned it.

Kitchen well kitted out, beds comfortable, secure parking with appointed space great.
Strange smell in the bathroom, quite strong in the mornings, probably drains - did smell it elsewhere outside, so maybe local problem.
Quite noisy, both neighbours and outside, though apparently it's a popular student area.
