This apartment is in a great spot. Beeston is a hidden gem with great old pubs and an excellent Italian restaurant all within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was a very good spec with comfortable beds, sofa, easy to use TV and decent shower. Communication with the owner was excellent. The onsite free parking was secure
We stayed during the heatwave so, being a top floor apartment, it was stifling. However, there's nothing the owners could do about that. There are a couple of velux windows which created a decent draught through the apartment once the wind blew favourably. We would stay again

Location was great for shops, pubs, restaurants and for trams to university and for going into town. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Clean and cosy and well equipped.
New furnishing and cutlery and new pots. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and Gloves provided for washing up.
Tea, coffee, salt, sugar and pepper provided.
Heating easy to operate. Nice shower. Apartment smelt fresh.
Chris was very responsive to any questions or when required more facilities.
