Great apartment. Would recommend.

The apartment was very spacious, good heating - nice and warm on arrival. Very comfortable bed. Great facilities. Great shower. Nice kitchen.

Overall, the apartment was clean and tidy, but we had to wash the cutlery and dishes before we used them. The toilet was also not that clean when we arrived, but everything else was good. More dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid would have been helpful.

Clean and nicly renovated appartment. Good parking in garage. Good location.

Annoying and time consuming international bank transfer to for pay city tax. Card payment would have been prefered. "Sterile" appartment with almost no art or decorations.

Really close to everywhere...

Great location, really in walking distance to everywhere. Free parking was also useful for us. The communication with owner was friendly and helpful. If we had a some issue, it was solved immediately. The apartment is great for family, we were satisfied with everything. I have to recommend this apartment and I hope to stay again. THX.

Practical stay near the citycenter with private parking

Nice, clean good equipped and spacious apartment on the backside of a building with an outdoor terrace, good bed, great TV with netflix etc, easy closed and safe parkinggarage opposite to the apartmentbuilding, close to Keyserlei, metro, trainstation and citycenter in close walking distance.

Loud prolonged noise from downstairs restaurant sliding wooden chairs and tables between 11 PM and 2 AM during cleaninghours. Advise is to have a conversation with the owners about that or offer them chairfoot caps or silent socks. Replacement of the livingroomcurtains will highly add to the luxuryfeel of the apartment.

Es espacioso, cama cómoda y grande. Baño también grande.

Poco menaje ( platos, vasos, cubiertos) o cacharros de cocina. No había toallas de lavabo. Solo dos pastillas de lavavajillas para cuatro días. El frigorífico no ajustaba bien y emitía un molesto pitido. Tampoco paños de cocina o papel de cocina.

Fijn appartement op uitstekende locatie.

Fijn en sober appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Hosts zijn erg aardig en reageren snel. Bedden ok, alleen waren we met zijn 3en en er was maar 1 bed opgemaakt (ook hadden we eerst maar 2 handdoeken).

Kan iets schoner en kapstok en plint in de keuken zou gemaakt moeten worden. Kleine moeite, groot plezier.

Leuke jaarwisseling beleefd in Antwerpen

Locatie is geweldig. Je staat met 2 minuten lopen midden in het centrum van Antwerpen. Appartement is mooi ruim. Bij openingstijden van het restaurant ernaast wel veel lawaai van daar. Is gelukkig maar beperkt open. Heerlijk dat we op oudejaarsdag geen enkele keer vuurwerk hebben gehoord.

Alle communicatie gaat via mail en in het Engels. Geen persoonlijke ontmoeting gehad. Op zich goed gegaan maar wij vinder het prettiger om de verhuurder toch even te ontmoeten. Bovendien erg veel mailverkeer met instructies waarbij wij ons afvroegen of de eigenaren überhaupt hun eigen appartement kennen. Als voorbeeld werd gevraagd het afval in de zwarte afvalemmer in de keuken te doen. Ten eerste lijkt mij het logisch dat je dit doet en dat niet apart gemaild hoeft te worden en ten tweede stond er wel een witte afvalbak maar geen zwarte. Bestek en servies is karig. De deur van de parkeergarage was stuk en stond dag en nacht gewoon open. Gelukkig niets gebeurt maar toch.

Hoed voor 1 nachtje

Goede locatie en de privé parking was een pre. Goede communicatieve en duidelijke instructies van de huurder.

Het was redelijk schoon maar de keuken kastjes en apparaten minder. Ook waren er geen vaatwasser tabletten en wij misten 2 kussenslopen. Wij kwamen daar paas laat achter dus niet meer gevraagd bij de huurder. Waarschijnlijk was het dan opgelost.

De locatie en de toegankelijkheid van het pand.

De slaapbank voor 2 personen in de woonkamer waar er slechts een onbruikbaar 1 persoons matras overtrek / onderlaken werd voorzien en geen kussenslopen voor de kussens waardoor er dient geslapen te worden op het hoofdkussen van de vorige bezoekers zonder dat er een sloop is voorzien.

Excellente adresse !

Oui on peut toujours trouver des points négatifs comme vus dans certains autres commentaires (c'est vrai, 3 serviettes de toilette pour 4, très peu de vaisselle). Mais nous, nous avons surtout trouvé un logement très bien situé pour visiter la ville, propre, bien équipé, avec 2 lits aux matelas ultra confortables et une place de parking sécurisée juste en face. Les hôtes sont ultra joignables et l'accès au logement facile. C'est une très bonne adresse pour visiter Anvers !

Problème de bip régulier du frigidaire Serviette de toilette non-fournie pour la 3ème personne Un seul jeu de clé. Il en faut à minima 2 pour des questions d'indépendance. Boîte à lettre difficilement repérable car il n'y a pas d'étiquette avec le nom des propriétaires

Tolle Lage für Familien

Sehr zentral und tolle Parkmöglichkeit. Große Räume und die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren ein absolutes Highlight.

Im ersten Moment erschien alles sehr sauber, bis wir dann Wäsche vom Vorgänger entdeckt haben. Die Reinigung sollte besser aufpassen.
