Miła i pomocna właścicielka, apartament duży i w doskonałej lokalizacji. W pobliżu dobre restauracje, sklepy i przystanki autobusowe.
Apartament czasy świetności ma już za sobą, przydałby się remont lub odświeżenie. Dość brudno, miejscami zalegała spora warstwa kurzu, niedokładne umyte naczynia. Pomimo tego, że w mieszkaniu jest bardzo dużo szafek, szaf i innego rodzaju schowków, to wszystko jest zapełnione starymi, nieużytecznymi rzeczami właścicieli i tak na prawdę nie ma gdzie się do końca rozpakować.
