Posto comodo, pulito e ben servito. Lo consiglio
Cucina e camera, nuove; la sala è esattamente come nella foto. Appartamento molto pulito, tranquillo, con tutti i comfort. Palazzo ben tenuto. A pagamento, il posto macchina di fronte al portone. È vicino alla piazza del mercato e quindi al centro.
Diciamo che le valvole dei termosifoni son da capire… però 2 condizionatori scaldano molto bene

Fantastica per soggiorni lunghi e per una coppia.
Il proprietario ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in un ora prima del previsto ed è stato sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Casa molto ampia. In ottima posizione e si raggiunge il centro e il mare in pochi minuti. Limitata disponibilità di parcheggi per le macchine ma intorno ci sono un sacco di negozi e supermercati. Ottimo il set cortesia predisposto all'arrivo. La cucina è ben rifornita di utensili di ogni tipo (sopra la media), il forno cuoce molto bene e la lavastoviglie è ottima. È necessario effettuare la raccolta differenziata ma sono presenti le istruzioni su un cartoncino in maniera dettagliata. La casa ha tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno lungo, molto pulita e non ci sono state mancanze di nessun tipo. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri più volte.
Il divano era un po' scomodo, soprattuto il rivestimento. La mancanza di una TV anche in camera un po' si è fatto sentire perchè si è costretti a rimanere in sala. Dopo la nostra partenza sono stati installati i condizionatori, sicuramente aumenteranno il comfort in estate.

Propriétaires disponibles et serviables. Bien équipé Bonne situation géographique à 10 minutes à pieds des plages et 5 minutes pour le shopping. Plusieurs superette et super marché à côté

Formidable.
L'appartement est très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et bienveillants. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure prévue de check-in et avons pu accéder au logement. Merci beaucoup, Paulo ! Il y a des supermarchés pas très loin. Facile à accéder à Pigna ( vieille ville).
On attend du bruit des voitures et des motos même si la chambre et le salon sont côté cour.
