The property is located a few minutes from the heart of Sanremo, in a quiet and well-served residential area. A short distance from the house are the famous Casino and the historic Annonario Market, easily reachable with a pleasant walk.

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY with sea view and outdoor dining area furnished with table, chairs and sun lounger;
- CLOSET.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning via hot/cold split (air conditioning in the living room and bedroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 15 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
