Frustrating

Lovely place. Modern and in a great location. The hostess is clearly proud of the apartment, and although I didn't meet her, she sent extensive instructions and directions to get into the place.

A frustrating night as the people above were training a group of elephants for the circus until about 1.30am!! Sadly, the sight of a dead cockroach was not a pleasant surprise first thing in the morning. There is nothing the hostess can do about such things, but it made my night unpleasant. I am sure it was a one off, but I've been asked for a review and I can only say what my experience was. I would not let it put you off as it is a lovely place

Nothing better than this!

Everything, the kindness of the hosts, the beauty o the tavernetta with everything inside one could need and more and cleaned at the 🔝. The location also very good as position so that the centre and the seaside is really at hand. I recommend it to everyone would come to Sanremo for a long or brief staying.

Nice apartment in a nice city

The property is near city center, easily reachable from the parking. It's cozy and clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Muy bonito pero muy mala ubicación.

Todo muy bien cuidado, limpio y con mucho detalle tanto de decoración como utilidad.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un callejón difícil de encontrar y complicado acceder con maletas ya que se encuentra muy arriba de una calle cuesta arriba llena de escalones. Se encuentra en una cueva de un callejón a pie de calle, por la noche da miedo y los vecinos gritaban mucho, hubo peleas.

Tout était parfait, la localisation était à 10 minutes à pied des plages et à 5 minutes des rues commerçantes. Le logement est grand et fonctionnel.

Beaucoup de bruit de chaises venant du dessus ce qui pourrait déranger certaines personnes. Cependant la nuit c’était très calme.

Accoglienza positiva, esperienza nel complesso negativa

Proprietaria molto disponibile, con risposta immediata alle richieste. Struttura ben accessoriata e posizione ottima

La “tavernetta” presenta criticità: a mio avviso non rispetta i requisiti minimi di abitabilità con altezza interna che non supera i 2,20 m e scarsa luminosità. All’arrivo, nonostante fuori ci fossero 20 gradi, l’umidità interna era dell’80% (scese al 70% solo dopo una notte col deumidificatore). Presente nota che invita a lasciare aperta la finestra di giorno, segno che non si può chiudere per via dell’umidità. Lenzuola divano letto sporche (secondo me non cambiate) con presenza di insetti morti

Небольшая квартирка, только с низкими потолками. Да еше подниматься в горку, но не долго. А в остальном все хорошо. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Хозяйка по Вотс Аппу дала все необходимые инструкции - как добраться, где взять ключ и прочее. Она - очень вежливый и отзывчивый человек. Спасибо ей!

Magnifique

Ormai ogni qualvolta andiamo a San Remo siamo fissi qui, perché oltre al prezzo competitivo, la pulizia , la gentilezza dell’oste e la vicinanza a piedi col centro ci troviamo bene su tutto. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri( strisce bianche) e stanza ben equipaggiata. Ormai una garanzia per noi.

Intimo e carino

Il monolocale è molto pulito e ben curato. La posizione è buona e consente di arrivare al centro di Sanremo in pochi minuti. Gentilissima la host, Elisabetta, che in modo preciso e gentile ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per arrivare alla casa ed è rimasta a disposizione tramite whatsapp.

Il terzo letto purtroppo non è comodo e il materasso è davvero sottile. Anche il letto matrimoniale è un divano letto e le lenzuola sembravano fatte di carta, tipo monouso.

posizione vicino al centro dopo una breve passeggiata. il flixbus è in centro alla stazione dismessa signora elisabetta e il marito persone gentili e premurose per indicare dove era l'alloggio e come ritirare le chiavi. la signora mi mandava whatapps indicandomi i luoghi da visitare. si è preoccupata per il mio deposito bagagli visto che arrivavo in serata in stazione mi ha consigliato il taxi e dove scendere. il taxi dalla stazione alla piazza vicino all'alloggio costa 10€
