One of the reviewers had called this place, if I remember correctly, a quirky little gem, and indeed it is one. Set in the winding alleys of the town and a climb up from the sea, it has its own charm, which I prefer better than be in the tourist-thronged seaside hotels. The place is well equipped, and there's quite a lot of cooling arrangement for summers, which one does need as well, given that Sanremo can be quite warm in summers. We had the occasion, accidentally, to meet the hosts, who were a delightful couple.
Everything's great, but for some people, it could be a bit tricky to find the place or walk and climb till here if not using a taxi. We didn't mind at all: it gave us a chance to explore the town well.
