Lovely apartment in the old town of Sanremo

Good location in the old town of Sanremo. The apartment was stylish and had everything you can think of, from AC to fully equipped kitchen, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, dining table, dozen of electric sockets to charge my 2 smartphones, camera, external batteries, etc. Nice modern bathroom as well. Great value for money. The host was welcoming and always ready to help.

The only thing i noticed, was a bit of water coming under the shower cabin's door on the tiles in the bathroom.

Cosy stay in the old center of beautiful Sanremo

Very coay studio flat at the heart of Sanremo. It had everything I needed. Checkin was smooth and the host kept me well-informed about the readiness of the property and how to check in. Communication with the host was very nice, she also checked in to ask if everything was alright and made some recommendations as well.

Finding the address was a little challenging as the old town has a labyrinth-like design, but the pictures and instructions the hosts sends are helping with that. Other than that, it could be worth mentioning the fruit flies in the kitchen. Actually there was even a type of repellent for mosquitos which could have helped but I didn’t have the time to apply it.

An der Unterkunft gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Die Vermieter können nichts dafür, aber gerade wird rund um die Unterkunft gebaut, was etwas Unruhe und Lärm mit sich bringt. Ist sicher bald vorbei.

Petite coupure de courant pendant la préparation du petit dej (four+micro onde+ chauffage …) mais après avoir fait un message au propriétaire ils nous ont envoyé une vidéo pour nous montrer où se situe le compteur

Monolocale in centro storico

Monolocale nella parte alta della citta in pieno centro storico, completo di cucina molto ben attrezzata, bagno essenziale ma con splendida doccia molto ampia e arredamento molto ben curato in ogni parte dei locali. Ottima pulizia sia del bagno che del living. Letto molto comodo. C'è tutto quel che serve e anche di più. Self check-in ma proprietari disponibili e sempre presenti via WhatsApp.

Zona pedonale dove si accede solo a piedi e parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze difficili da trovare. Nel monolocale non sono presenti finestre usufruibili ma c'è comunque installata un ottima illuminazione con tanti punti luce.

J’ai adoré cet hébergement, très confortable et très mignon. Dans le centre historique donc très pratique pour visiter , manger ect.. la propriétaire m’a indiquer un parking à 7 min à pied. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions pour ma chienne. Merci à elle pour son hospitalité, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico all'interno del quartiere Pigna. Monolocale dotato di tutto il necessario, come descritto. Ottimale per 2 persone, ma siamo stati bene anche in 3 (2 adulti + 1 bambino) Consiglio questa struttura per visitare Sanremo.

Se si arriva in bicicletta, è da tenere in conto un certo sforzo fisico per portarla su dagli scaloni del quartiere...

Buena ubicación en el casco antiguo.

Ubicación céntrica, en el mismo casco antiguo y a unos 15 minutos andando de la playa. Espacio bien aprovechado pese a ser un apartamento bastante pequeño. Buen descanso por las noches y sin ruido.

Viaggiavamo col bimbo di un anno e purtroppo la casa è molto umida per cui abbiamo deciso di proseguire e tornare a casa una sera prima (è presente condizionatore/deumidificatore) . La struttura si trova in un vicolo in salita

La scalinata in salita era sempre piu ripida per raggiungere la casa è stata devastante. Purtroppo non ci potrò ritornare. Immaginate con il bagaglio faticosissimo.

Notre hôte a été très disponible. L'itinéraire pour trouver l'appartement était extrêmement clair. L'appartement en lui même est cosy, propre et bien équipé. De plus il se situe dans une petite ruelle typique proche du centre ville. C'est une adresse à garder!

Il monolocale è completo di tutto!...Ci è piaciuta anche la posizione nella zona vecchia di Sanremo (La pigna)... Elisabetta è stata gentilissima fornendoci, passo passo ( attraverso un filmato), le indicazioni per arrivarci....Ci torneremo sicuramente!
