The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I loved the balcony over looking the water. Communication with the host was good with quick responses. Over all it was a great stay.

We loved loved loved the location. Perfect view for the fireworks and parade. Bed was super comfy. Loved the map on the wall showing were everyone was traveling from. Would love to have had some coffee pods, but not a big issue, we went to the store and bought some. Thanks again!!!

Colonial Beach is one of our favorite weekend getaways for a nearby beach. The property was very clean, modern and had tons of thoughtful amenities that made it comfortable and cozy (i.e., stocked kitchen, extra towels). Courtney was super responsive and friendly. It's located right on top of two restaurants (Drift and Muse) and at the boardwalk, making meals and happy hours very convenient. The beach is also within walking distance. Overall, we would book with Courtney again and highly recommend it to others!
