1.Only one sheet for two people and no proper blanket, which was very uncomfortable. 2. The bathroom faucet was leaking, and the floor was always wet. 3. The host did not respond to questions. 4. After booking, the host sent a long list of strict rules and prohibitions, which felt excessive.

A localização é excelente! O entorno não é muito bonito, mas está do lado da estação de metrô, tem inúmeros mercados, restaurantes e lanchonetes, sorveterias e cafés. E em 10 minutos caminhando vc chega na região da Acrópole, Plaka e etc… fizemos Tudo a pé e de patinete!!!

Do cheiro que saída da pia e do banheiro, cheiro de esgoto. Altura do teto do banheiro, meu marido batia a cabeça no chuveiro.

Pre-arrival communication was good, clear directions, although I know the area well so no problem for me to find. Good location for anyone wanting to be able to walk to central Athens (Acropoli, Plaka etc.) Sofa large and comfortable, bed okay, although warmer bedding needed during Winter months (see below!). Bonus is washing machine, but I had no need for it but it's a big plus for anyone staying longer.

Overall the property was quite disappointing and 'basic' - there are many small improvements needed. I've paid less for much, much better properties so not value for money. It looked like the property had been prepared in a rush - probably because it was a main holiday on the day I was checking in. Accommodation fairly souless - no pictures aor anythign to make it feel a bit more welcoming / homely. 1) Decor is tired, badly in need of re-paint (brighter coulour also as the lounge has minimal natural light - walls are marked / dirty in all lounge and bedroom I used. 2) No heating in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels near shower. Shower needs a 'deep' clean! 3) Tap / water pressure in bathroom virtually non-existent - just a trickle. 4) Toilet seat doesn't stay up when using! 5) Electric sockets in bathroom not fixed into wall properly. 6) Lack of basic kitchen facilites: No corkscrew, no cooking utensils, old sponge for washing up, washing up from previous guests left in the drainer, no wine glasses... :-(( 7) No ashtray provided. 8) The bed was comfortable, but there was only a summer weight duvet on it - this means you have to sleep with the a/c on all night to keep warm (not healthy and also costly to the property). Extra blanket or heavier duvet should be provided during Winter / Spring months.
