The area is the best, walking distance (15-25 min) to the must-see tourist areas, but quiet at night and cozy bars and restaurant behind the corner. We stayed a family and all of us enjoyed the stay. Well equipped. The host helped us and was very flexible when we messed up our plans!
We would stay again!

This is just a comment to consider, to add in the advertisement of the property, that there is not a ramp access at the entrance of the building.
