Excellent appartment, great location, well equipped. Nice attentions from the owners (bottles of water and all you need to cook and do landry.
Only point to adress, there was only one spoon and only one fork.

This property looks as it does online when you enter the apartment, modern and new. When booking the apartment it looked like we were dealing with an individual. Once correspondence started after the apartment was booked it became apparent that we were dealing with a larger business and not an individual.
We found the unit to generally be clean although the shower needs a good scrubbing. The listing states that you can accommodate 4 people for dinner however there are only 3 plates and 3 stools. There is no toaster and the frying pan had been put into the cupboard dirty and greasy. This was quickly corrected by one of the associates. As well, there was only one pot, a large stock pot so we requested a smaller pot more suitable for 2-4 people. We were brought a smaller, but still large, stock pot. Utensils for cooking are minimal. All the appliances were great and the bed was very comfortable. On the second and fourth day of our four night stay there was no hot water. This was looked after even though it was on a Sunday evening for the first occurrence. We sent a note before leaving on the last day regarding the second occurrence. Be aware that the neighbor's have a dog that barks each time someone goes by the apartment. This is not the fault of the rental's owners, but needed mentioning.
The apartment's location is on a pedestrian block lined with restaurants, bars and shops and is within walking distance to all off the key sites in Athens which we found to be very beneficial.
