The location, being close to the airport, gasoline and restaurants.
The description stated that it was spacious and that was not true. My friend slept in the bedroom and she slept fine. I was on the sofa and heard planes taking off and landing every minute or two, so I did not sleep at all. I probably should have taken ear plugs.
