The location and space.The apartment was very comfortable. I wish the bathroom was a bit bigger but no complaints. Host was verynice and pleasant to talk to.
Noise from motorcycles at night;but there is nothing you can do about it.

the price was right. didn't stay long enuff to give a great revue.
No teapot or coffee maker, the rooster next door was very loud all day and the dogs never quit barking. no window in bathroom just shutters.
