Great location and neighborhood is quite and safe, Vivian is very responsive and she helped me with the uber from the airport to the location

The place is in need of TLC. Basic cleaning especially in the outside kitcen. Lighting is poor. The kitchen is under equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle, etc. Ceiling fans are noisey. No AC downstairs. Upstairs the AC is noisy. I gave it 3 stars because the host was responsive l.
